Tin can I shoot Air Burglarize in my backyard?
Hello all, I live in Comstock Park, MI. I live within about twenty yards from my neighbors from each side. Behind my backyard I share virtually xx yards of woods with the neighbors above me. Business firm sits on a colina and I�one thousand low. My question is Can I shoot an Air rifle at chipmunks who are terrorizing the foundation of my domicile? Cheers

Check your local ordinances. Most places have an ordinance against air guns. I'm not familiar with comstock park, if information technology'south rural y'all might be ok.

I would make sure you're on adept terms with the neighbors too.
You may be a nice guy trying to salve foundations, but your neighbors might run across you as a dangerous psycho that's torturing helpless animals.

from my experience talking to cops well-nigh shooting BB guns and even bows in my g, you are ok as long as information technology remains in your thou. Your neighbour tin can file a complaint or maybe become you in some sort of trouble if you miss the backstop with the bow, arrow bounces off the footing and squeezes betwixt the fence, now you might exist in a wee chip of trouble.
Same if bb richochets etc.
Probably no big deal with cool neighbors and a adept shot.
Mayhap talk to cops showtime to ostend though. Look at your ordinance book and enquire to see the topic when you get to the law station or clerks office.
